In many cases, yes. LVT can often be installed over existing hard surfaces like
tile, wood, or concrete, as long as the surface is clean, dry, and level. Your
flooring installer will be able to advise you on what is needed for the LVT to
be installed over your existing floor.

• LVT does not usually require an underlay. The subfloor should be prepared in a suitable way to make sure the subfloor is level, clean and dry before installation commences but as standard, you will not require underlay.
• There are underlays available to go under LVT flooring if this is required.

Brampton Chase requires simple maintenance – sweeping and mopping with a damp cloth or a mild cleaning solution using a flat head, soft mop. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbers that could damage the surface. Steam mops are not recommended to use.

tiles can be replaced if they are damaged, depending on how they were installed.
