Cocktail Akademia is the newest addition to South London's vibrant nightlife scene, offering a luxurious four-floor entertainment experience. Located in Bromley, the venue follows the aesthetic of its flagship bar, Cocktail Embassy in Crystal Palace, with a dark academia-inspired design. This sophisticated style pairs perfectly with elevated cocktails, creating a warm, ambient space where guests can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
When it came to flooring, Edwards Flooring knew they needed a solution that would deliver both style and durability. The project called for two distinct flooring styles to create a cohesive yet dynamic space:

Ebony Oak Large Plank (200m²):
This bold, deep-toned wood design was used to cover the majority of the venue. Its rich tones complement the dark academia theme, providing a striking foundation for the venue's dramatic interiors. -
Chicory Haze Herringbone (60m²):
A lighter, textured wood design was used in select areas to add contrast and visual interest. The herringbone pattern enhances the sense of luxury and craftsmanship, making a statement in key focal zones such as the entrance or private booths.
